SCES construction Management team gets involved from early phase of the project to support Engineering and Procurement to ensure safe and trouble-free delivery and construction. The members of the team for each project formed by the head of disciplines concerned for the project, prepare specification for construction in line with project specification and all statutory requirements with emphasis on Safety , Quality and Timeline. Evaluation and Selection of subcontractors is done based on  safety records , manpower skill sets and commitment to quality and timeline.

SCES construction team is responsible for

  1. Safety & Health of personnel exceeding statutory requirements
  2. Environment control to comply with statutory requirements
  3. Quality of works and documentation
  4. Timeline to complete the works
  5. Pre-commissioning
  6. Commissioning support to client
  7. Assistance in performance check
  8. Support during and after warranty period
